Bradley Guy has a M.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Florida, and a B. Arch., from the University of Arizona. Mr. Guy's areas of expertise include sustainable community development, building deconstruction, and the reuse and recycling of materials.

Mr. Guy has acted as consultant on numerous USGBC LEED ä   Green Building projects and has presented at conferences of the US Green Building Council, the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction, and the United Nations Environment Programme Sustainable Building and Construction Group.

Mr. Guy is President of the Building Materials Reuse Association and co-founder of Florida Green Building Coalition. He is past recipient of The Tides Foundation Environmental Leadership Program Fellowship, the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts Research Fellowship, and the University of Florida President's Humanitarian Award.  

Mr. Guy has developed long-term partnerships with the US EPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, Americorps*NCCC, Habitat for Humanity, and numerous state and local governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations. In the past 10 years he has conducted approximately 40 granted-funded projects totaling over $1.5 million in funding. He is co-editor of "Construction Ecology," published by E & FN-Spon, 2001, and co-author of a book on building deconstruction called "Unbuilding: Salvaging The Architectural Treasures Of Unwanted Houses" .
